150g Feta cheese (Yiamas cheese has just the right amount of salt and creamyness)
2 Beef Tomatoes – sliced
1 Large Green pepper / 3 Marmaris peppers – finely slices
Fresh oregano leaves
Freshly ground black pepper
Pre heat oven to 220 degrees.
Crumble cheese into earthenware pots.
Layer tomato and pepper slices on top, with oregano leaves and freshly ground black pepper in between layers.
Finish with a drizzle of olive oil and bake for 20 minutes on top shelf of oven.
Serve with village style bread to mop up all lovely the juices.
