Serves 4 – 6 as part of Mezze spread.
400g strained yoghurt (suzme yogurt)
100g Soft Feta (beyaz peynir)
1 tbsp chopped dill / wild fennel (finocchio selvatico)
1 tsp sea salt
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Crumble feta into a bowl and mash with a fork, making sure it’s a fine crumb.
Mix together will remaining ingredients, blend with a hand blender to get a velvety smooth dip.
Serve chilled with an extra drizzle of olive oil.
