This was an instant favorite from Vaco e Press’ . Mind you, anything from the Neapolitan eatery’s abundant antipasto counter is always guaranteed to please. It’s good honest home cooked food.
- SLicing Pumpkin – 5mm thick
- Griddling Pumpkin Slices
- Pumpkin Antipasto
Pumpkin
Olive Oil
Garlic – thinly sliced
Sea Salt
Cut pumpkin into 5mm thick slices. Slice skins off.
Put into a bowl and drizzle with olive oil. Toss ensuring each slice is coated.
Place onto a hot griddle for 2 minutes each side, or until stripey!
Once ready, mix with garlic slices and season to taste.
