Salt & Pepper Pumpkin Seeds

Great way to make the most of your pumpkins!!

Salt & Pepper Pumpkin Seeds

Wash seeds in a collander. Leave for 10 minutes.

Toss in a hot dry frying pan, until totally dried.

Mix salt in 1 tbsp of hot water until dissolved. Add freshly ground pepper.

Add mixture to pan, continue to heat until water evaporated and seeds begin to turn a toasty golden colour.

Voila!
