A healthy alternative to chocolate eggs, these vegan friendly treats are easy to make and contain no refined sugar. This Easter I gave them as presents to my ever more wellness seeking loved ones.
175g Choco date spread (Own super simple recipe!)
1 1/2 tbsp cocoa
1 1/2 tbsp cinnamon
Blitz walnuts in a food processor until crumb like.
Mix nuts with date spread in a mixing bowl. Make hazelnut sized balls by rolling small amounts in between palms, then press down on one side slightly to create an egg shape.
Dust in a mixture of cocoa and cinnamon and voila, ready to serve!
